Waited 30 minutes after collection time. Got it home items missing and other items wrong. Half was freezing. Fish bites were more or less balls of batter. I ofter go here but wont be back. Its not the 1st time its been wrong but I give the benefit of doubt as im not a complainer. But this 1 was too far.

Very, very average, battery on the fish was soggy, cheese patty had no cheese in but was all warm and edible, just not good enough to order from there again

food cold after waiting for delivery over 1 and a half hours late.......dont take any notice of the ETA for delivery ....shocking not the 1st time the delivery has been over an hour late

Ordered food tonight and never have a problem, but tonight order was later than expected. When it arrived the food was warm gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they’ve just been extra busy, managed to eat half of the mixed wrap and now regretting it. Stomach cramps are terrible!!! Undercooked pizza dough unfortunately. Chicken curry somehow had absolutely no flavour and the two potatoes in the fish fritter were completely raw. Never had food this bad for a long time and unfortunately won't be returning

Lovely food, although one lot of chips slightly cold as they had been standing in heater while they finished preparing order. Ordered online without hassle and didn't wait to long for order to be ready when went to collect it. Staff apologised for the wait. This was okay as they were very busy doing online orders
